TIPS

Be sure your digitals and video(s) are taken in natural lighting (sunlight works best, but make sure it isn't harsh).

Express your natural look and just be yourself.

Avoid distracting clothing, accessories, and backgrounds.

Always remember, your looks only get you so far ~ your personality gets you the job, so show us the real you.

Lastly, don't let not yet having a full portfolio keep you from applying. If we see potential in you we will work on growing your portfolio together. A couple professional shots will do just fine - and if you don't have any we offer portfolio packages to the public as well to get any and all aspiring models on the right path.

V MGMT considers the safety and well-being of aspiring models to be a top priority. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and authenticity and believe it is important to advise models about unscrupulous people who prey on their ambitions.

Please be aware there are certain individuals on the internet falsely claiming to be representatives or scouts of various top agencies.

Should someone claiming to be a representative or manager from any agency contact you, immediately alert your parents or a responsible adult, and if the person claims to be from V MGMT, please contact us.

PHOTO SUBMISSIONS

Professional Portfolio - This consists of about 12-30 of the BEST professional photos you have to express your range and current look. If you do not have a professional portfolio yet, or need to update yours, check out our portfolio packages and we can get you started.

Model Stats/Comp Card: Your model stats include measurements for your height, chest, waist, and hips - as well as your dress (ex: 4/6), shirt (ex: Medium), pant (ex: Women's 4, or Men's 32/34), and shoe size (ex: 8.5). Hair and eye color can be included as well. If you have a comp card with all this information, it may be sent.

Digitals: These are to express your natural look - a CLEAN slate. Wear something fitted to semi-fitted and non-distracting.

1. Headshots - Front Facing with your hair pulled out of your face (1) & Front Facing with your hair down (1 - if applicable)

2. Left Profile with your Hair Pulled Back and out of the way

3. Right Profile with your Hair Pulled Back and out of the way

4. Full body

VIDEO SUBMISSIONS

ALL TALENT SUBMISSION INQUIRIES ARE REQUIRED TO SEND IN AN INTRODUCTORY VIDEO FOR CONSIDERATION.

Introduction Video: Please include a short video answering the following 5 questions...

1. Why do you want to be a model (or other talent)?

2. Why do you want to sign with V, & why should we sign you?

3. What are your goals as a model (or other talent)?

4. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

5. What goals do you want to accomplish by signing with us?

FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN RUNWAY:

Please include a short video showcasing your runway walk. It doesn't have to be perfect, we just want to see what you are working with. Remember to be conscious of your lighting and don't include any distractions (background, clothing, etc.)
